Our courses can help prepare students to enter and succeed in College. Classes are designed to strengthen your academic skills in science, language arts, and mathematics.

High School Equivalency
Preparation
English for Speakers of Other Languages

This is a three-level program in English as a Second Language for adults. Courses cover the skills of listening, speaking, reading, vocabulary improvement and writing American English, with particular emphasis on listening and speaking.

This program provides academic instruction and test preparation in order to assist students in achieving their GEDs. Teacher led instruction is provided in the areas of reading, writing, grammar, math, science and social studies. Additionally, students are assigned time in the computer lab where they can remediate their weak areas and work on test preparation through computer aided instruction.

College Preparation

Courses offered are designed to strengthen academc skills in science, language arts, and mathematics. Math and science courses that can serve as prerequisites for college admission and college success.

This program is designed to develop reading and math skills for individuals who do not meet the entry level requirements for College Prep, Career Prep, or the Business Ed programs. The two modules are sequential, and computer-assisted learning is an essential part of this program
